For Payment Information, all orders must include full pre-payment. However, they will accept a half-down deposit on uniform orders with the balance due in two weeks or before shipment - whichever occurs first. They accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Check and Money Order. Cheerleading.com will accept Purchase Orders from PUBLIC Colleges and Universities, High Schools, Jr. High Schools, Middle Schools and Elementary Schools. For Tax Exempt Texas Residents, if your organization is exempt from paying sales tax, you must include your signed exemption certificate with your order. Without this certificate, they are required by law to charge sales tax (8.25%). For Tax Exempt Oklahoma Residents, if your organization is exempt from paying sales tax, you must include your signed exemption certificate with your order. Without this certificate, they are required by law to charge sales tax based on your delivery address.

Cheerleading.com has a specific Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
For returns, they guarantee their merchandise against manufacturing defects and will correct any workmanship defects if notified within 14 days after the ship date. However, if the items are custom-made to your specific requests, using your specific measurements, they are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days after the ship date and must be accompanied by a Return Form. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the items, however, they do pay the ground shipping charges to send your exchanges back to you. They do not refund your original shipping charges. Certain items are non-returnable or exchangeable including made-to-order polyester uniforms, polyester warm-ups, custom made pom pons, briefs, half tops and bodysuits (if opened) due to health code reasons, items worn or soiled, personalized, lettered items including garments, sweatshirts, shorts, bra tops and bags with tackle-twill or monogramming, custom socks, hair accessories, printed items and mascot uniforms.
As for shipping, their goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Average order processing time for most stock items and “quick ship” items is 1-2 business days PLUS shipping time. Orders placed between October and May will ship the same day if the order is placed before noon Central Time. They use UPS and the US Postal Service as their preferred shipping providers. They gladly ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. If they are out of stock in a certain item on your order, they will make every effort to contact you regarding the status of your back ordered item. Shipping charges may be applied to orders requiring additional shipments or service.
